Pulled the ’62 wagon out of the garage after a long wintersleep, for a way overdue spin around the block and a visit a local meeting called ‘Back to the good times’. The wagon had just swapped wheels with the ’65 300 convertible to get a feel for how these 17″ wheels ride.
Took some pics to capture the wagon’s stance. Stance is everything right?!

Later that week during the Saturday Night Cruise in The Hague, I took a night time photo of the wagon’s cool dashboard with its Electroluminescent lighting;

  1. You have the only other black 1962 (non-hearse) Chrysler New Yorker Town & Country I have ever seen………I sold mine to a guy in Michigan two years ago and he fixed it all up and added disc brakes and rebuilt the 413. I think mine is the only black one in the U.S. cool car……….

  2. Hello Matt,

    Thanks for the reply.
    I have seen one other black ’62 NY overhere in the Netherlands some time ago. I didn’t have the roofrack like my ’62 has.
